Pillows & Keys (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a marketing agency that specializes in providing tailored marketing services to boutique hotels, retreats, and hospitality brands.

2. Services

We provide a range of marketing services, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Branding and content creation

  • Search engine optimization (SEO)

  • Social media management

  • Email marketing

  • Consulting and strategy

The specific scope of services will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement with each client.

3. Client Obligations

To enable us to provide the best possible service, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information and access as needed

  • Cooperate with our team and respond to communications promptly

  • Pay agreed fees on time as per the terms outlined in the invoice or contract

4. Fees & Payments

All pricing and payment terms will be agreed upon in writing before the commencement of services. Late payments may incur additional charges or service suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All original content and marketing materials created by Pillows & Keys remain the intellectual property of Pillows & Keys until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables will be transferred to the client, excluding any third-party assets or tools used under license.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and business confidentiality. Any information shared with us during the course of a project will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your permission, unless required by law.

7. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

We may use third-party tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, WordPress) to execute marketing strategies. We are not responsible for changes or limitations in these platforms that may affect your campaign or results.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver excellent results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Pillows & Keys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing agreement with written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the service contract. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to that date.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of Moedling, Austria.
